So grateful for Limitless Plumbing. Another plumber left us in a really bad spot during our new construction build. If it wasn’t for Gabe coming out last minute to help us finish our plumbing, we wouldn’t have been able to get approved for our certificate of occupancy. He is a fair upstanding man who goes above and beyond to help his clients. He truly cares and does what he says he is going to do, which is very rare nowadays. Dude came out quickly, found the issue, fair price to fix water heater issue, fixed it same day after grabbing supplies, and actually went above and beyond, put some foil on my dryer outlet for free as it was wearing down out of courtesy. Not saying such things are guaranteed but since it's the first time I hired him, that's a really good gesture I've never had a maintenance person do. That's the way to get repeat customers. Got our water bill and realized we had a nasty leak somewhere. Opened our crawl space and realized the leak was in there. Did some online searching and contacted Limitless through the website. Gabe touched base quickly and was able to get to us same day. Problem was fixed in about an hour and the price seemed fair. Before he fixed it, he explained what he found and gave us the cost to repair. Hopefully don’t have another plumbing issue anytime soon - but if we do - we’ll be calling Gabe.
